This panel provides a baseline evaluation of your health and wellness status and assessment of deficiencies or imbalances as a current snapshot in time. Full Panel includes:

This is an all-inclusive discounted, bundled blood work panel that I recommend getting checked once yearly. Some practitioners may not run blood work that provides the “whole picture” and things may get missed which can correlate with continued symptoms of concern. I help identify deficiencies and discrepancies for clients who often get told “...all your blood work looks normal” yet you still feel something is off in your body. Fun fact: if you were to order these full panel labs through insurance it would cost you over ~$15,000K so this is a tremendous deal for comprehensive blood work.

Do you accept insurance?

I am NOT able to accept insurance for my services, however, these services may be HSA/FSA eligible! This is made possible through my partnership with TrueMed. Potential clients may fill out a short survey ($30 one-time fee and takes 2 minutes) to see if they are eligible to receive reimbursement for Innate Healing and Performance services. A "Letter of Medical Necessity" would be provided which is then valid for 12 months if it is approved and issued. Apply here: TrueMed Application. Always check with your individual HSA/FSA plans. I also offer payment plans for services (a down payment will be required upfront to get started).

Do you prescribe medications?

I am NOT able to prescribe any prescriptions on my own. If prescriptions for personalized medicine approaches are warranted based on your test results and my professional recommendations, I work directly with collaborating prescribing providers to assist my clients in gaining access to these tools. I provide direct guidance on prescription medications (i.e. formulations, dosing, timing, evaluating for compatibility with other supplements, meds, and wellness routines). I am happy to work with and coordinate with your primary care practitioner if he/she is open to functional medicine strategies. Functional medications can be personalized to help support clients such as bio-identical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT), customized thyroid medication, low-dose naltrexone for various uses such as autoimmune conditions, pain, inflammation and more. I strive to keep pace with functional advancements in medicine for clients to have a well-rounded approach to address health concerns.

Do you offer other functional testing?

Yes! Additional functional testing not included or listed in packages such as DUTCH hormone urinary metabolites, genetic testing, organic acids testing, micro-nutrient and amino acid levels, etc. are available.
